Here's where we are. Please call ahead for
reservations! Driving instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: Even if you're
coming from the west...go to 280th Ave SW before you turn north to 230th
Street SW. The corner
that's west of our campground is very narrow and has no shoulder. A
typical length motor coach might not be able to make the turn safely.
If you're coming from the West on Highway #2
Driving East you'll go through Grand Forks North Dakota
Continuing on through East Grand Forks Minnesota you'll be heading SE
(Don't forget to dump your tanks. There's a dump at the gas station on
the
SE corner of Highways #2 and #220 in East Grand Forks MacDonalds on the NE
corner))
in about 12 miles you'll come to a curve in the 4 lane road and the village
of Fisher will be on your right.
Now you're heading Straight east. Watch the little green Mile
Markers. When you get to Mile Marker 22, turn off your cruise control
and start slowing down. You'll be turning to the left/north on 280th
Ave SW. The road follows a BIG DITCH.
You will go 2 Miles North and come to 230th Street SW. Take a
left/west turn and you will go 6/10th of a mile. Prairie RV is on your
left/south. Please pull in so that you're not blocking the driveway
and come see us in the office.
If you're coming from the East on Highway #2
You'll go through the town of Crookston. Please dump your tanks at
the AMPride off Highway #75 on the SW side of town.
If you're coming from the dump station: Take the Highway #75 BYPASS
that goes behind the AMPride. It will take you over the river and you
will end up stopping at Highway #2. Turn to the left/west and go 1
mile. Turn to the right/north on 280th Ave SW. The road follows
a BIG DITCH.
You will go 2 Miles North and come to 230th Street SW. Take a
left/west turn and you will go 6/10th of a mile. Prairie RV is on your
left/south. Please pull in so that you're not blocking the driveway
and come see us in the office.
If your coming from downtown Crookston: Follow Highway #2 out of town
to the North. You'll pass the Dairy Queen, then a set of Railroad
Tracks, then you'll come the UMC, the University of Minnesota-Crookston.
Stay on the 4 lane highway as it curves to the left/west. You will go
2 miles and come to a big ditch at 280th Ave SW. Take a right//north
on 280th Ave SW. The road follows a BIG DITCH.
You will go 2 Miles North and come to 230th Street SW. Take a
left/west turn and you will go 6/10th of a mile. Prairie RV is on your
left/south. Please pull in so that you're not blocking the driveway
and come see us in the office.
If you're coming from the North on Highway #75.
You'll pass the Crookston Municipal Airport on your right. Turn
off your cruise control. You'll be taking the next right/west which is
280th Street SW. When you turn to the right/west, you'll go 2.6 miles
and you'll be at our farmstead. Please pull in so that you're not
blocking the driveway and come see us in the office.
